The only content you may submit through the Site is your 2–3 character initials when entering a high score. By submitting initials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display them on the Site's scoreboards.
You agree not to submit initials that are profane, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any submitted content without notice.
The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense and potentially other ad networks. Ads displayed are not endorsements by us. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any transactions you enter into with advertisers.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Cloudflare). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
THE SITE AND THE GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SCOT LIGHTIZER OR ANY AFFILIATED PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE GAMES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scot Lightizer and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
